I have resorted to using the online Weebly store forms for customers to request an appointment, then I book it in the system myself. By creating my own form, I have been able to add custom questions and get a lot more detail about the customers' needs before the appointment is made and allows me to confirm the exact time and date. I could see this being helpful to you to gather info such as type of pet, are there pets on property, special needs, gate/lock codes, parking permits, etc.
Also, our appointment times are a little complicated and I couldn't stop people from booking times we weren't available without blocking out specific hours every day. It was far too tedious.
