Can I connect a square register to a iPhone

The Square Register cannot be connected to your iPhone at the moment. 

If you can give me some details about what you were looking to set up, I'd be happy to share some suggestions here. 

You can for example have your account open on both devices and take payments on both at the same time, if that's what you were looking for?

Hi I have a mobile food trailer and have been using a square reader linked to my iPhone I have just purchased a square register but have no internet but used my phone 4g for my reader but you are saying I cannot use this for the register any way round this

Ah, yes your Register can be connected to the mobile data on your phone @Sd8 

To change your network after you’ve set up your Square Register:

1. From the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap More.
2. Select Settings > Hardware and scroll to Device.
3. Tap Network and choose your new network.

Hey @Sd8 - you can tether no problem to your phones hotspot. 

If you have a look on Amazon there are quite a few pre paid data sims from 3 that give you 24gb to use over two years for about £30. I use one of these in an iPad for a remote till point. 
You could then also pick up a cheap (sub £50) 4g modem. 

This would give you a more stable set up on your truck if you wanted it. 



(All this said - because I've got unlimited data on my phone I tether my KDS, Till and other stuff on my pizza van directly to my phone and have no problems!)
