how can I change my tipping setting to not break down by percentage, rather a customized screen only

My clients tip better when there isn't a break down by percentages. Sometimes they don't do the math or don't care to round up from $7.25 to $10. I know they can add a customized tip but is there any way for me

to remove the percentage break down?

Hey @Ral,

First off, welcome to the Community! Just to make sure I'm understanding completely, are you wanting to move away from percentage based tips and allow for whole amounts instead? If so, switching to Smart Tip Amounts in your Tip Settings might work for you if your average sale is lower than $10. Here's how it works:

• If a transaction is less than $10, the available tipping options are: No Tip, $1, $2 or $3. (Custom Amount as well, if enabled)
• For a transaction $10 or more, the available tipping options are: No Tip, 15%, 20% or 25%. (Custom Amount as well, if enabled)

Beyond that, tips will always default to percentages. There currently isn't a way to opt for Custom Tips only unless you go with Sign and Tip on Printed Receipts.
