downgrading and could have used some actual sales help

I am a small booth rental salon and wig boutique. about 10 yrs ago, had all my gals use Square to take payments in addition to whatever. I purchased the square retail register for my wig boutique. I have been using the appointment scheduling as well which included the confirmation. I upgraded to square retail $60 a month. Now if I want to have people confirm their appointments, I must pay the appointment upgrade of $29. Doing the math... $79 plus fees. I will downgrade my POS and upgrade the appt.  I am currently now looking into other POS offline and online because of how this is now. There are other solutions out there for my needs and since there isn't any sales person to talk to with Square, I am a bit overwhelmed.

@Alacarte Do you need the features of retail plus? or will the regular point of sale work and you just upgrade appointments?

 

That is what I would look at.  I run restaurants with the point of sale app versus the restaurants app, but I still use the KDS add on that is restaurant specific...  I would look at that first..

 

So what is the reason you went to retail plus? and how long have you been on retail plus?
