We are trying to change the USPS account we are using. I go into manage under shipping and it says connected for USPS, but I can not do anything with it. I want to disconnect the one that's connected now and change it to a different one. Help

It is not possible to use your own USPS account at this time. Square Online uses a third party vendor, Shippo, for Real Time Shipping rates on the checkout screen, and for shipping label creation. They do not allow you to connect your own USPS account, therefore, it is not possible to make this change for your Square website.
You can find out more information about the USPS integration through Shippo here. The page also has a link to a shipping rate calculator that will allow you to see Shippo's rate so that you can then compare it to your own. I think in most cases, Shippo's rates will be better.

Why does it show that I'm connected to USPS, but when it gives the customer shipping rates, it is only showing UPS??

Square Online websites are automatically connected to our USPS and DHL master accounts. You would still need to create a shipping rule and specify which courier you would like to use. Setup Real Time Shipping With Square Online
