Help me figure out the best way to handle my commissioned events

So here is what I need to do and I cant figure out the best way to achieve it within Square. 

My store teaches classes and we have instructors who are paid based on the number of students in that particular class. Some are regular hourly employees doing this to earn extra money and some are not. 

Currently all the classes are primarily registered for online in Woocommerce, however we also have people who need to register in store and so payment is then taken through Square and we must manually add those people into the system in Woocommerce which tracks the class and limits the available seats. A very time consuming process to say the least.  

I also need to be able to track which instructor is being paid for a particular class and how many people attended, so to track their commission for that class and hopefully have Square process that particular "item" as commission for that instructor. 

Any suggestions how to best achieve what I'm trying to do?

Hello @Studio1883 check out this thread...it talks about using ITEMS in Square. Maybe setup a class as an item, with quantity available as the maximum number of class seats. You can sell them through Square in store, and on your Square website. As far as commisions to the instructors, you could categorize them by Instructor name, then run a report and see how many "seats" were sold. ??? Just thinking out loud, maybe this could be an idea.

I've also used EventBrite in the past to administer a special store event, where I sold tickets. This lets me scan barcodes when customers entered the event. Not sure how/if you could utilize this for your classes, but when i used it in the past, I found it helpful.
