Can I accept the Military Star Card with my Square reader?

My business is currently set up on an AFB.

From my understanding that is only for use for purchases on base at government-run facilities, not for buying things at businesses.  It is a private network of credit of the government not a part of Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover.
