Hi All
I have raised a ticket for this:
My Order Confirmation Email TITLE says: "Thank you for your order, your download is ready!" I do not sell downloads this is very confusing for the customer. how Can I change this title?

Thanks for bringing your concerns about this to the Community.
I’ve come across a similar thread where this appears to have been discussed before, so I’ve gone ahead and merged this post to that thread.
I’ve also looked at the discussions with our product team around the topic, and my understanding is that as the test email that you're sending is essentially a preview (covering all ordering scenarios), and not attributed to a product, you will see reference to digital downloads. However, when an actual order is placed for a physical item, the verbiage in the confirmation email will be reflective of the item type.
If you’d like to see an accurate example of what your customer will receive, you could either create a low value test item and make a purchase. Or, create a 100% coupon code and purchase one of your pre-existing items. (Online > Items > Coupons)
If you find that any of the confirmation email wording looks inappropriate for the item type after making the purchase, please do let me know, and I’ll bring it across to our engineers for a closer look.

Are the emails being looked into? I do sell downloads but the links are not working, my customers are getting error 404 page not found, I really need this sorting, I have a lot of angry customers and it is very time consuming for me having to email everyone with their orders.

someone emailed yesterday with a solution that did not work (delete the download section), can we chase this up?
p.s. I really do not want to call US from UK - Im quite frugal with my money! (this was suggested on the email!).

Order confirmation email say "your doenload is ready".

Ever since they started making changes Order comfirmations are Blank
and paypal emails don't list any products sold

My test emails still look the same
Order confirmation subject line is "thank you.....your download is ready"
No text.

Don't sweat it I know all you can do is buy time for us by re-directing us to tickets phones and stuff, we know it will take time to get this whole thing strightened out by your enginners, you guys at weebly are so overwhelmed right now.
I know how that feels, so we will patiently wait until you sort this new system out.
