marked complete by mistake

is there a way to unmark an order as complete? i was messing around and marked an order as complete when it's not complete. i tried searching but couldn't find anything about it. thanks!

There isn't a way to change the status of the order back to pending, @grahamwoodpto. I think there are definitely use cases for doing that, though. If you have a moment could you post that to our Vote on Features board?

weebly is beyond frustrating.

None of my shipped packages every mark shipped because i print my labels from Goshippo ~ it USED TO WORK. Now i have to manually mark things as shipped and I had so many to do that i accidentally marked a pre-order shipped by mistake. Can't wait to switch to shopify. I waste so much time deeling with weebly. PS i can't print labels from weebly because i get all sorts of errors. very convenient.

Sorry to hear, @dejadrewit What types of errors do you receive when you try to print from Weebly? If it is a "bad request" error it is most likely due to address formatting.

I am having the same problem - marked an order as ready by mistake and need to change it back to pending.  Is this possible yet?

I have no idea why. But I have an order set up as preorder for a month from now. I checked the order today and it is marked as complete. How do I reverse that and why did it do that? I just don't want to forget this one order in a month from now.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the status of an Online Order once you have marked it as complete. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news on this 😔
