[Improvement] Introducing Time off reports

Hi Seller Community 👋

 

As a step forward to improve the time off experience, we’re introducing Time Off reports, your one stop home to view, manage, and track your team’s time off in a reporting view. 

 

Today, once a time off request is in the past, there is no stored record that can be referenced by sellers or managers. We understand that being able to review past requests, status, and total time taken off by a team member is crucial to managing your team members' time equitably and assess performance.

 

Time off report solves that problem - beyond a static view of historical requests, you will now be able to view and approve these requests directly in Dashboard and view cumulative totals for each of your team members.

 

To view pending, approved, and declined time off requests from your team members, you can go to Scheduling > Time off in your online Square Dashboard. Click the date range filter and sort by team member name to view time off reporting across your team.

Allowing team members to request time off is a feature that is currently available with a Shifts Plus subscription and an Appointments Premium subscription. If you downgrade to Shifts Free, you will still be able to access historical team member time off requests for the duration in which you had Shifts Plus.
