Hi Sellers! 👋
We’ve recently made some updates on the type of information you can include on your projects and how you can organize your Projects and Invoices list views. These updates are available on both Square Dashboard and in the mobile Invoices app and will better help you organize both your Invoices and Projects.
Here’s a look at what’s been updated:
Invoices List View

Service/Event Date Filter: Customize your invoices list view by the service or event date and also filter your list view by a date range

Export Service/Event Dates: We’ve included a column for Service/Event date on all Invoice CVS exports
Projects Creation

Project Dates and Time: We’ve added a new field when creating a Project for dates and times. This will allow you to better track when specific events or jobs are happening and determine availability for taking on new events.

Description & Location: There’s also two new additional fields for Project description and Project location. Here you can include general information about the project including where the project is located.
Projects List View

Search box: Search your Projects for any information that’s relevant to the project, including all of the new information we just added that’s mentioned above. The search box is available on Square Dashboard only.

Customized List View: Pick and choose the headings that are most important to you and customize your Project list view to best suit your preferences
As a reminder, the Projects workspace is only available to Invoices Plus sellers. You can try these updates out today by visiting Square Dashboard or by downloading the Square Invoices app. Let us know if you have any questions or comments below!
