Paypal not working

Hi,

I just dicovered a problem with paypal as well.  Our credit card payment is working but not paypal.  It's won't go to the paypal screen.

Tried it on 2 different computers.  Both were Macs

We've just tried it on a 3rd mac and that works? Any ideas what be causing this?

Hey there! Was the third computer on a different network? You're likely looking at either something in the settings of the computer, or something set up on the network in a case like that.

We've been able to reach the PayPal site normally here, so thankfully it shouldn't be a problem your customers will run into normally.

Hi,

We ran some tests.

1 macbook air in england - could not reach paypal, the loading symbol would come up and then the page would refresh to to the store page.  I should note that the customer then used the crdit card check out without any problem.  It was just paypal causing the problem.

2 macbooks in Scotland - both on the same network.  

1 macbook - reached paypal no problem.

2nd macbook - could not reach paypal - refreshed histroy (i.e. deleted all web history) it could then reach paypal no problem.

All macbooks using Safari.  1 using yosemitte, 1 using el capitan, 1 using maveriks.

Strange problem, but it seems to be Safari that causes this problem.  We ran some tests of ipads (ios) with no problems.
