Customer details collected in store

Hi there,

Where do the customer details (ie address, phone number) go once they've gone through the store payment process?

I can't see them on my members page details.

Hello Leeanna!

Details like addresses and phone numbers wouldn't be added to a user's Membership information. Your Promote listing would include some contact details, however, as well as details for form entries, which may suit your needs. What were you looking to do?

It's more with the completion of the subscription - there's a lot of fields to complete, and if I'm not getting/needing the data then I shouldn't be asking my customers to complete unnecessary work.

But if I am able to colect that data, then where am I finding the Promote listing?

Where checkout in the store is concerned, the other information is still meant to be used for shipping purposes, but doesn't go through to Promote directly, as that would simply be the name and email for any campaigns. If I've missed what you were looking for, though, just let me know and I'll be glad to check into it further.
