Idea of the Week: Invoicing Format
Hi, friends.
As you know, we have an entire section of the Community dedicated to sharing ideas, giving feedback on those ideas, and voting on the ideas. It's fun, right? Well, I thought we could also highlight some of the hot topics in other places throughout the Community.
Today, I'd like to bring attention to an idea by @VickiW: Invoice Format.
What is the idea asking for? In a word, this idea is requesting an improved format that can be printed and included with orders.
Are there specific requests within the idea? Yes, Vicki asked that a few details be included in the invoice redesign, including:
- company name and logo options
- the customer name and address at the top
- more efficient use of space, eliminating much of the double spacing
Seems simple enough, right? If you agree with Vicki or have feedback on her idea, please head on over to the idea, which you can find here: https://community.weebly.com/t5/Vote-on-Features/Invoice-Format/idi-p/18061
Thanks, and enjoy your day!

Yeah I think it is easy to do only if, starting from the order template already in your tool we will manage better the communications to the customer.
whay don't you unlock all areas and leave to us to fill up all parts of the order by deciding if it is an invoice or a simple order confirmation?
We chan use HTML to define all points (logo, vat I'd, etc...)
thisi is just for stat. The real issue , at least for European, is how to manage the refounds by creating negative invoice or warst case partial order refund.
in this case it isn't easy and it my requires a dedicate area.
