Pick-Up Option at Check Out

I have noticed that the option to swap from delivery to pick-up happens only in the shopping cart now.  It would be nice to have the option still available when checking out like it used to be.  My customers have been missing the option in the shopping cart and assuming the option for pick-up is not available.
