I have changed my business hours under 'locations' and saved it. Then when I go to the calendar and to a specific week and click 'reset week to default' the hours it adjusts to are not the hours I have entered as my business hours.
I have tried to redo this several times and keep getting the same result. This has become very frustrating. Also, there are some days that show me as open from 3am when I have not set my hours for that time either. I wonder if there is a glitch.

Here's how you can edit your available hours for Square Appointments via your Square Dashboard:
1. Navigate to your calendar within Appointments, and click Edit Availability in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select either One-time change to make a change to a specific week, or Recurring schedule to make a change to your regular appointment hours.
3. Once you've made the desired changes, be sure to select the Done button to save!
If you have your Google Calendar synced with Square Appointments, both busy and free events will import from Google to Square Appointments. Because the busy events will block time on your Square Appointments calendar, this could affect your business hours.

Hey there! Thanks for posting! I want to make sure there isn't any confusion between setting up your business hours and your staff hours:
Business Hours control what is displayed at the top of your main booking site page and specify the hours of operation for your business. They can be set from your Location settings in your online Square Dashboard.
Staff Hours control when you are bookable by your clients. You can edit staff availability for individual staff members at anytime from the Staff page. You can also customize availability by staff member to make one-off changes to schedules on a weekly basis.
Note: Changes made to staff hours don’t affect your overall business hours. For example: Your business hours are set to 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and you’d like to leave your mornings available for walk-in appointments. You would set your business hours to 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the hours of operation), and set your staff hours to 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the portion of the day that you accept appointments).
I believe this will help, but just make sure you are setting your hours in both fields and hitting save before continuing and your hours should change as you need them. Thank you!

Hi,
I am having an issue with Business Hours and Scheduling Times not linking with each other. I have Business hours set for my location which is a mobile business. I chose to block my week or change my hours for a ONE-TIME schedule change, but it doesn't change the Business Hours. Is it because it's happening on the STAFF Hours side and not for the business as a whole?... Also when I edited one day for a few ours of availability, one of my clients that wanted to schedule couldn't see the open time. I made that change from the square appointments app.

I linked my square appointments with Google so customers can “book now” on Google for my services.
In square appointments under settings I set my business hours and I am closed Mondays.
Google still shows Mondays as available. I even made sure my hours on Google showed I’m closed Mondays. Anyone that’s booking for Monday’s, I have to call and cancel them.
how do I fix this??

Hello, I am having trouble with my business hours. They’re set the same on all accounts. But when I use my link, I am available on days that are supposed to be closed.

Unfortunately Appointments, Store Hours, and Shifts do not sync EVER. All 3 have to be updated independently.
