I have changed my business hours under 'locations' and saved it. Then when I go to the calendar and to a specific week and click 'reset week to default' the hours it adjusts to are not the hours I have entered as my business hours.
I have tried to redo this several times and keep getting the same result. This has become very frustrating. Also, there are some days that show me as open from 3am when I have not set my hours for that time either. I wonder if there is a glitch.

Here's how you can edit your available hours for Square Appointments via your Square Dashboard:
1. Navigate to your calendar within Appointments, and click Edit Availability in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select either One-time change to make a change to a specific week, or Recurring schedule to make a change to your regular appointment hours.
3. Once you've made the desired changes, be sure to select the Done button to save!
If you have your Google Calendar synced with Square Appointments, both busy and free events will import from Google to Square Appointments. Because the busy events will block time on your Square Appointments calendar, this could affect your business hours.

Hey there! Thanks for posting! I want to make sure there isn't any confusion between setting up your business hours and your staff hours:
Business Hours control what is displayed at the top of your main booking site page and specify the hours of operation for your business. They can be set from your Location settings in your online Square Dashboard.
Staff Hours control when you are bookable by your clients. You can edit staff availability for individual staff members at anytime from the Staff page. You can also customize availability by staff member to make one-off changes to schedules on a weekly basis.
Note: Changes made to staff hours don’t affect your overall business hours. For example: Your business hours are set to 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and you’d like to leave your mornings available for walk-in appointments. You would set your business hours to 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the hours of operation), and set your staff hours to 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the portion of the day that you accept appointments).
I believe this will help, but just make sure you are setting your hours in both fields and hitting save before continuing and your hours should change as you need them. Thank you!

None of this worked. it still shows the wrong hours. on my website and everywhere else with square

Go under STAFF and adjust your hours there.

Is there a way to make appointments to be scheduled every two hours? my appointments take two hours so scheduling them on the hour won't work.

Have you tried changing the duration of the appointment in the settings?
Or adding some wrap up time after?

Hello! I've looked at the trouble shooting here but my hours are still coming up incorrectly. I've adjusted hours under settings > location. I've also looked under appointments > staff (although my business is a coffee shop and as such doesn't have appointments) - in both places, it says my weekend hours correctly are 8am - 3pm.
But the hours which come through automatically on the weebly website are still incorrect, it says 7am to 3pm. I've now removed this from my website but it'd be great to understand what might be going wrong
@Shweta If you've exhausted all troubleshooting your next step should probably be to contact our Appointments team directly to take a closer look.
They can file a ticket for you if needed or see if there's something missing.

Thanks - I'm happy to do that but to clarify, I don't actually use Appointments, my business is a coffee shop - I'm just saying I checked the Appointments settings to confirm it's the right hours, and it is. But the hours coming through on the website are still incorrect
Let me know if the Appointments is still the right next step to fix this

I am having hour adjustment issues too. I've got them changed under location and don't see a 'staff' option, but it will not change on my website. Anybody have any luck?

Go to appointments on the main dashboard. Click on Staff and click on your name. It will open a window for you to adjust hours there.
How can I get my business hours to stick? I’ve adjusted them and I put my cut off at 7pm and closed on specific date and my clients are still able to pick times past my closing hours, and set up on a date that should be closed

Thank you, I didn’t even realize the 2 options. Thanks to you I did get to fix my hours and have them reflect my actual work hours

I am having the same issue. I have set it many times last night and tonight. I have deleted all times and reentered. Still no luck for website reflection of hours. Please help.
