Cancel or Reject orders in Ordering app
If I choose to install the Ordering App (Google), do I have the ability to cancel or reject a order from a customer?

Hey @gimmesomesugar1!
You can cancel orders with this app, which would inform the customer that you will not be fulfilling the order.

Hey @whitneyballen so sorry it has been hard to find!
You can cancel specific items for an order, or the entire order, directly from the Square app.
To get started:
- Tap the three horizontal lines to bring up the Main Menu, tap Orders > Active.
- Tap on the order you would like to cancel > Cancel Items.
- Select the items to refund, or tap Select All > Next.
- Choose a reason for the cancellation:
- Item(s) Not in Stock
- Customer Cancellation Request
- Other
- Tap Cancel Order.
- Next, choose to issue your customer a refund or to cancel the order without refunding.
