I tried to get more insight into this on my end but not for sure. I I don't want to provide incorrect information. For this inquiry I would reach out to the Payroll Team.

They will be able to give more detailed insight into what exactly By Square for Tax paid Monthly/Quarterly means. You can reach Payroll support at 1-855-700-6000 Monday- Friday 8 am - 8 pm CST.

Found it! This is under payroll> clicking the history> specific payroll run then there are 3 blue ... next to each line item.
