Our transactions are showing approved when accepting cash and cards however it's not showing up on the dashboard or on the device used! Anyone else having this issue?

Hi everyone- thank you all for posting here.
We experienced an issue over the weekend that briefly affected the display of some reports, including transactions and account balances. Rest assured, all payments were correctly assigned to your account and will now be displayed accurately in your reports. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Hey @TheStand70. There was an outage yesterday that was causing reporting to be delayed. Also, that outage was affecting reporting of our account balances for some sellers. However, it was resolved and all of your transactions and funds should be reporting correctly now.
FYI, here is a link to the Square Status Page (issquareup.com). The outage was reported there as were status updates and resolution. This is a handy link to bookmark for reference.

For some reason we can't view reports or transactions for today but we're processing sales and it appears they're going through. We're a bit worried those transactions aren't going through. Can someone please provide me with more insight on this issue? Will they show up eventually? Should we stop processing transactions for today?

same issue here. no help from Square "customer service" but they did put an alert on my dashboard saying this was happening to others, still personally not wanting to risk taking payments just in case...

Hi! We just closed up for the day and I realized that the last 40 minutes of our transactions are not showing up in Square. All the tickets went to the kitchen and all the orders were fulfilled, but I do not see any transactions nor has the balance changed at all. I am currently on hold With your messaging system and no one has gotten back to me. Please help! I am kind of freaking out.

starting today around 1pm, the transaction history was not reflecting the real time transactions that we were ringing out. they are still not showing up and i'm curious if this will result in NON-charges or if they will eventually show up. thoughts?

At an event today, I had many successful transactions. Then a credit card sale was completed, Approved and asked about receipt. Sale was completed and a few minutes later I went to Transactions and the sale was not there.
Few minutes later I had another Credit card sale. This time I paid close attention and again it was approved and a receipt given. Once again the sale was not recorded on the transaction page so this time I checked my WiFi and I was connected. I even switched to my phones 5g connection.
Next was a cash sale, completed and gave a receipt, but again not recorded on the transaction page.
This happened quite a few times. The event ended, I packed up and left. When outside I again checked because I had 5 bars of 5g service and the missing transactions had still not appeared.
Got home 2 hours later and now there are more transactions But I'm just not sure if it's all of them. I did notice when I made a sale (that wasn't being recorded) it did not reduce my inventory. So without doing a complete inventory, I can't tell if it has recorded the sale correctly...
What could have caused this?

I’m getting this today. It’s not showing up right away in the transaction after my point of sale through a credit card from a custom. This is already 11/18/24 today.
a little concerned because it’s too slow with the latest equipment and tech even though they mentioned that there’s some issues with the system from square

I'm still having this issue... Cash sales go through, post in transactions and reports. When we run cards they will show in transactions but not in the reports. They are not processing until 2 days later and have the little red circle in the transactions the day after it should have been processed right away.
