Enter name for order ticket page is not showing up
Yesterday, we were still able to enter the customer's name after clicking 'Charge' and before the credit card payment. However, this option is no longer showing up today, and we haven't changed any settings. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Update: I think this issue was caused by the Square app update last night. We have two iPads: one with version 6.56, where the ticket name entry is working properly, and another that was automatically updated to version 6.57 last night, which is experiencing this issue. We hope this problem can be resolved as soon as possible, as it has significantly impacted our ordering process today.
