Send order notification to another email

Hi,

 

Can you please help me to figure out what I am trying to do?
I want all of the order notification emails sent to secondary email address. I don't want my primary email blow up with the orders emails definitely, and I just want to send them to another email. 

Tried to find a way to do it but couldn't find one yet. Please help!

@SNOWBREEZE ;

You can only turn this off and not direct it to another email.  Best I can do is suggest in your Email program to forward emails that contain Transaction or New Sale in the Subject line to : ( email address )

I currently have my Transactions OFF for each sale for exactly this reason.

 

Here is a link to where you can turn this off for the POS : https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/business/email-notifications 

 

acct & settings > notifications>account 

Then under Transactional emails

per payment    (Blue Square ON, blank Square OFF)

For my online orders, I forward a copy of each online sale to my personal email using my email client and not a setting in Square.

Look at how your email is set up with your online Store.

I do not have an online webpage in Square. I have one Register and two Square Kiosks.

Here's the instruction you shared:

  1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Sales channels > Online > Settings or Shared Settings.

  2. Click Notifications.

  3. Click Set up to enable New order emails

First of all, I don't see "Sales channels". Instead, I see "Account&Settings > Online Sales Channel" but there's no such feature for setting up notifications

Sorry when I saw Orders I refer to these as Online Orders, for in person we use transactions and I know you can have this turned off but not sure about going to another email address let me look.

Okay I found

Online > Shared Settings > Notifications.

 

But I can't find "Set Up" for the step :

> Click Set up to enable New order emails. `

 

In the Notifications page, I found that I can add additional emails with a comma separation.

 

So both of my primary and secondary emails are currently stored in the section. But I am not receiving any new order emails to both of my mail boxes
