There's no way for online delivery customers to tip me. Just the driver.

I made a post on their Weebly. I have a food truck concept. I'm doing delivery and park in the same spot most of the time. 100% of the tip goes to the driver. The customers don't seem to realize. I made an idea post on the weebly site, if it gets kudos, this could get updated in the future so we can make more money from tip revenue on deliveries.

Agree and it is very painful. Tips are big part of our crew income, and they cant get tip on any delivery orders

Super frustrating for our store as well. We frequently get delivery orders over $500 and the driver gets a $100+ tip but our staff gets nothing. So unfair, really hope this gets fixed. The customer should be able to tip our store as well as the driver.
