Looking for a report that ties the deposits to the bank amounts

Has anyone found a report that actually shows the amounts deposited that ties to the amounts posting to your bank?

Sorry I am just seeing this, and was looking for one of my replies to this exact question.

On a computer open a web browser and then sign into your Square account.

Then click Balance.   The screen should be the same as if you clicked this link : https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/balances

On this Screen there is a Section called Locations which should have your business name or the loaction with a dollar amount to the right for the days Credit Card sales for you.  If you move a mouse the background changes to a Light Blue color then Click there.

You will get a Screen with an amount and asking if your want to Transfer it Now.

If you scroll down a little it shows on that Page, click on  View All Transfers.

Then in the Date Range area select the Date Range you would like to see.

You can also click Export to see these deposits to match to your Bank account.

The catch with this Export is it lists Every transaction and has a column listed Deposit ID, so all the transactions with the same Deposit Id added up will egual the amount deposited on or about that date depending delays in the wire transfer or Holidays and weekends.  For example on Mondays my bank shows 2 or 3 deposits and I have Automatic deposits scheduled for the Next day.

I also think this Link will get you to this also, https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/square-card/activity/transfers

If you click the > to the right of a Deposit amount Square will open a Pop Up window showing all Transactions and Deductions for that Deposit such as Square Fees, Subcriptions, Loans etc and then the Total Deposited.  There is also at the top which account the deposit went to and you can click View Details to find out more information on the wire Transfer details that maybe needed if the amounts can not be explained and contact with Square is needed.  Just remember this report only shows what Credit Card Sales were and not any cash or Check sales.
