Hi everyone,
Iโm having an issue with syncing all my items between my iPad and iPhone. I created a whole bunch of items on my phone but theyโre not synced to my iPad now. Is there a way I can force sync or something?
I thought that the same items would be synced within the same account even if on different devicesโฆ

Welcome to our community, I noticed it's your first post!
When you get a chance, please try signing in, and out of your account, and let us know if the items sync across then. If you have multiple locations, it's also worth checking that you're signed in to the same location on both devices. You can check this on your app by heading to More > Settings > Account. Please let us know how you go ๐

No luck unfortunately! I tried signing out, closing the app, then reopening and signing in and no change
Looks like both devices are logged into the same location. I donโt have more than one, I donโt think

I just updated on both devices and now it has deleted all my new items from both devices.

I have also had the same problems. I did all of the things suggested and it still isnโt working.

3. Click on any topic, then "I don't see my issue"
