I am having major problems with a deposit......who can I call to speak with a live person??

I can’t pair my Cards reader contract less with my cell phone. When I connect them, the orange lights keep on all the time. I need a close to call someone to help me. Thanks

HI, hopefully this information will help.  Please remember this is a holiday weekend so they may have limited staffing available.

 

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
