I'm trying to remove the Log In tab from my website. I've gone to Setting>Checkout>Advanced and unchecked the box that says something like, "Allow customers to create personal accounts," but the Log In tab is still there.
The website is https://www.sourceaudio.net/
In past threads it looks like somebody on the Square or Weebly staff had to go in and manually remove the Log In option.
Thanks for the help!

Hey @TheLuckyJackson and @Gold 👋
This is a glitch that happens to some sites built with the original Weebly editor. There's two places to check for the setting:
- From the main dashboard, click Settings > Checkout > Customer Inputs, and toggle off or uncheck the Customer Accounts option. You do not need to republish the website for the live page to update.
- From within the Site Editor, click Settings > Members, and make sure the option Show "Log in" in site menu is unchecked. You will need to republish for the live site to update.
Your link was coming from the second option, and I have already removed it for you. Please make sure to publish the site again when you have the chance.
Hope this helps clear up any confusion. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

Hi @JosieCarin Do you have the Weebly app by any chance? It's available on Apple or Android. It will be much faster for you to edit this option on the app as opposed to the desktop.

Hi Bernadette,
Thank you for your response. I've really tried to fix this myself using the app and the desktop editor.
I do not have the "Members" option on either menu.
I've included screen shots for your reference. I'm hoping to remove the "login" tab and the #/ after URL.
Thanks so much!
Josie
I've attached screen shots.

Thanks for the screenshots, @JosieCarin. I've removed it manually for you on our end, so you shouldn't see the login tab now.

Looks like I need help with this as well. The login tab just started showing on our site--- no idea why or what caused that to happen. Can you please remove it from healingmassagepittsburgh.com as well? I do not have a members section either.

This seems to have just popped up on our site (3mdr.com) and from I can see there is no way to remove it.
What is the story please?

Hi,
I could use some help getting the login tab off of my webpage. I went to the settings to disable the SSL , and it says " it cannot be modified while customers accounts are enabled". what is my next step?
Thanks!

Hi @seelightart Sorry for the confusion. You cannot edit Customer Accounts if the SSL is disabled. Since your SSL is already enabled you would skip straight to the next step of clicking (from the main dashboard) Settings>Checkout>Advanced Settings. From here you can uncheck the customer accounts option and save the changes. I've already made the change for you so you should not see the login option on your live site anymore. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
