I took a manual credit card payment and it's not showing in my balance how long does it normally take to reflect in your balance?

Good question. All Square payments, including manual card-entry payments, should reflect on your balance immediately after payment. The only reason why the payment would not reflect on your balance would be if the transaction was unsuccessful.

Good question. All Square payments, including manual card-entry payments, should reflect on your balance immediately after payment. The only reason why the payment would not reflect on your balance would be if the transaction was unsuccessful.

Your funds will delivered to your linked account or card based on your selected transfer method. There isn't a different ETA for manually keyed payments.
It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what's happening here without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. Not so in my experience. On more than one occasion it took a couple of days for the balance to update, supposedly to undergo review for fraud.

Keeps happening to me. They lasted a few hours before released to my balance but today it’s be over 12 hours and all my pervious transactions were myself but today I charged a client $20 by manual card entry. I don’t get why they have to “look in to it” when it’s such a small amount. Most of my transactions are 5-30 with 1 for 130 and a couple at 60 which were all my own cards getting charged. I’d get if they did it for like anything over $xxx amount but my longest has been this 20 and the 2nd longest was like 10.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention when I click on the transaction it says that the 19.15 of the 20 dollars I charged was deposited. Deposited where? Cuz not my account

I am not certain if the payment went through, haven't received the funds and customer has not received a receipt either.
I would LOVE to be able to speak with a human being, but the app seems to keep you looking for answers rather than guiding you to someone that can actually help.

I was able to reach someone at customer service and later discovered the receipt went to the wrong email address & payment went through the next morning.

I have been waiting over 40 minutes for a balance post from a sale that was approved. I've logged out and back in to make sure it was refreshed. No luck.

I recently started using my square reader and the first 2 payments have not posted into my banking account and when I login to my dashboard it does not show the transactions. However on the day of the payment from customers the said that the payment was successful and was transferred instantly. Please help this is very vital for my business thanks!

I need a Customer service number for square does anybody know it
