How do you collect customer details, including emails using TERMINAL

We are setting out TERMINAL for our pool club and would like to sell memberships and collect customer info right at the gate via TERMINAL. IS this possible? WE would need to collect name, address, email and tel#

Yes it is, @pinespoolclub !

Square has a Customer Directory built into it! And for collecting the customer information it is free of cost. There are also additional services including email marketing available at additional costs. But those costs are SO worth it in the long run, trust me. 🙂

From your app, you can create Customers on the Customers section of the program. You can enter their name, address, email, etc here and tie it to the sale. Every time they come in you can tie them to the sale, or if they pay with the same card, they will automatically be tied to that sale.
