Has anyone used “Rose” by Consign Connect yet? If so, how do you like it?

If you have beta tested or gone for the paid version of Rose in conjunction with Square POS for your business, please share your experience with the community!

 

This is a much needed software they seem to have built, and I’m wondering how it compares to other methods of handling consignment sales and inventory with Square, what the problems are so far, and how useful it is.

It appears that 'Rose' is $100 per month with add-ons for 'emergency weekend hours', exceeding print imitations, and another $75 per month for '1 hour/month Phone Consultation' raising the question, 'What's the distinction between 'Free Unlimited Technical Support' and '$75/month 'New Business Support'? In recent years there has been a rash of new software offerings hoping to secure ongoing fees for 'software as a service'. We've been providing software for consignment businesses since 2001.
