Email address and phone number are currently listed in the "Shipping Information" section of the online store checkout area. I just had a customer complain because she wanted to ship a surprise gift to someone, but because of the confusing form order on the online store checkout page, she entered the recipient's email address and phone number, and now the surprise has been spoiled, including the purchase price. Can we get these forms moved, or, like others have requested, can we separate billing and shipping information (including addresses)?

Sorry to hear about the spoiled surprise.
Separate billing and shipping forms would definitely be useful, especially for sellers during the holiday season.
I'll send this over to our Product Team, as it provides a good example of why we should have this feature.

Any idea on an update so that customers can specifiy a shipping address different than their billing address?
