Square/Weebly Integration for complex E-Commerce

We are a disc golf shop. We sell frisbees, bags, etc...
It feels like we've gone beyond what Weebly is able to do. We need to be able to have pictures of every item (lots of specific things that people want--weight, color, etc). Most importantly we're a brick and mortar store that uses Square and the platform needs to seamlessly integrate with Square. If something sells on our website, we need to pull it from the shelves. If something sells in the store, it needs to be removed from the website.

Weebly does this but the template we were using seems to have significant limitations.
