Why doesn't my inventory stay in Sync with Ecwid?

I'm always over selling items because I sell online and in my brick and mortar. Both are very lucrative for me, but it always results in me having to cancel online order all day long because inventory isn't live. Is there a way to make it live?

Hey there @OffPremise -

 

Sorry for the trouble. Seems like there could be an issue with the ECWID integration. Since Ecwid builds and manages the API,  we unfortunately don't have insight into the back-end. Try reinstalling the ECWID integration with Square and seeing if this helps things! If not, reach out to ECWID support so they can pinpoint the issue.
