When using an Online Payment Link to allow patrons to make a ticket purchase, how do I ensure that I get their email address, or is that part of the payment process, where I can see their email address? I would need to send them their "tickets" via email after their purchase is made. Thank you!

Whenever you have the Online Payments - it will ask for the customer's email address, so a receipt can be sent over after the transaction. You will be able to see that information on your Dashboard.
