I ordered the POS system and on the invoice it shows everything delivered, including the ipad. But the ipad is not in the box.

Orders are sometimes sent in multiple shipments, which may deliver at different times or working days. However, if your shipment confirmation email indicates that all items were successfully delivered together, then we would ask that you contact our customer success team so they can investigate this further for you. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to look into this for you via the community platform, as we have a limited view of your account.
