Is PayPal going away on Weebly sites?

I got a notice on my dashboard that PayPal was being removed on my Square site. 

I have gotten messages before about my Square site that don't actually apply to my weebly site. So, I am curious if PayPal is really disappearing or not. 

They did list a caveat that this does not affect my PayPal Business Account so not sure what that means.
