Hello! I just payed a Business website, but I realized I'm not gonna use it and I want to cancel it. How can I get a refund? it's kind of urgent, 'cause it's a lot of money.

i paid 2 years proplan until february 2019 after i believed so many positive reviews about weebly but now i know i made BIG MISTAKE!!!. TERRIBLE BLOGGING, VERY OUTDATED... I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK! Hi, I
I have extended my account from 1month membership to 1-year membership in 06/22/2017, and that was my mistake because I just need to use the service one more month after that. It's been 3 months and I just checked my bank account and notice that I have done the mistake, so I wanna ask if I could get my refund for the rest of 1-year membership, which I'm not going to use.

Unfortunately, the charge is too old for us to be able to refund it, @ambernguyen92. Sorry! You can cancel the service on the Services tab of your account, though, that way it doesn't renew again next year.
