customers do not receive order confirmation email
Hi guys, this is in regards to my online store. My customers do not all receive the email confirmation, whereas I always receive the copy of it. What I recognized is that it automatically breaks the email with a - in the middle (spacing) when the email address has a certain length and I assume therefore the email does not work. My question is now why does the system places a - in the emails where it does not belong and is that fixable ASAP please. thank you, Lisa

Hi there! My cusomers are no longer receiving confirmation emails with the links to access their downloadable products. Please help! Also, each time I try to send a test email it sends to an incorrect email address (i.e. not mine). Can this be fixed? I'm getting a lot of complaints from (understandably) frustrated customers!!!!

We had 2 customers call yesterday (Feb 19, 2018) because they did not receive their confirmation email. Since we only had 2 orders yesterday and neither received a confirmation, that is not a good pattern and it makes our customers uneasy when they don't get a confirmation.
Is someone working on this?

Can you submit a ticket with the link above, @scottn? It might require our engineers taking a look, assuming that the orders for both customers were not just caught as spam.

Hi Cat. I think I just responded to your other thread about membership emails. Are you also having trouble with confirmation emails or digital downloads, or were you just looking for general info on undeliverable mail?
