Weebly Re-sorting Product Images

Whenever I edit the inventory of a product and save, Weebly automatically re-sorts the images.  Even after manually reordering the images, they again are rearranged by Weebly upon saving.  The only workaround is to delete ALL images and locate and re-upload all images for each product I need to edit.  This is insanely frustrating and occurs both on Firefox and Chrome. 

Anyone else having issues?  I opened a ticket, but I don't have high hopes of receiving a reply since my ticket from December 1st remains unanswered two months later.  Yet I was charged my renewal fee on time.

I'm sorry to hear you are both running into this issue. I believe the email team is experiencing a very high amount of requests at this time. Have you tried reaching out to the chat or phone team about this?

Unfortunately, it's been several days, and the support team has not responded to my email, and I could not get through via phone.  Weebly still has not responded to my 12/1/2020 ticket either.

I'm really sorry to hear. I recommend trying chat or phone again. The reps are available Mon-Fri 6am-6pm MST and Sat/Sun 8am-5pm MST.
