Store Email on File

Hi,


We occasionally put up event tickets for sale on our website, but want all order notification emails to be sent to a separate email address (not the account owner). Is there a way to do this?

We changed the email sender profile to include the correct email address, but the account owner still keeps receiving the order confirmation emails.

How do we change this?

Hi there @RVS

At the moment, the only way to receive order emails is to be the account owner. You would have to change the email on file for the whole Weebly account, to the email that you would like to receive those emails at. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Hello, I am having the same issue. Does it take a bit of time for Weebly to connect the new email address? I changed the email on the actual account but am still not receiving notifications. Thanks.
