Test purchase of a product
I create a product to purchase but was unable to cancel out of the purchase. Then I had to give myself a refund. How to I give a customer the option to cancel a purchase. I went thru the whole needed inputs and still couldn't cancel the purchase.

If a customer needed to cancel a purchase after they have already processed it, they would need to contact you directly to get that taken care of. You can find the steps to work through that refund on your end here.
