Hi; I am tweaking my shipping options today, wish it was a little more cut and dry, but...
First, is there any plans in the future to let us enter ounces instead of the pound conversions for items??
Second, when I go to set up the RTS options, it only lets me pick first class mail (up to 13 ounces) and not first class package (up to 15.99 oz). Any chance that will be added in the future or am I doing something wrong there?
I looked at several help articles and sections but did not find anything recent about this
Thank you for any help

on the USPS site, it used to show options for first class mail up to and including 13 oz (an option Weebly gives us for shipping); and it also showed 14, 15 & 16 oz packages where you could use a first-class package rate. Today I look and can't find it anymore. I know they increased some prices today so maybe they got rid of it. So, I guess this isn't a question anymore. But that was what I was asking about. Thanks for your help!

Just FYI - I use stamps.com and options under First Class Mail include:
First Class Package/thick envelope - up to 15.999 ounces using thick envelope or box with pricing that varies by weight - not distance.

Just to clarify!! Stamps.com under First Class Mail also do show the First Class Mail Large Envelope/Flat - ship up to 13 ounces. So I have both options under FCM!!

I thought ounces was available, but I'm looking into it for you. Also checking on the package options for USPS. Thanks for posting!

Hi @Ronni14 All of the rates come from Shippo, and I'm not seeing anything on their dashboard for a first class package. Everything is listed as flat rate, but I know for sure the option for first class envelope will show. Can you give me a sample size package and exact weight? And the ship from and to zip code?
The ounce option on products is not a current feature, but it is on a todo list. You can, however, choose ounces when you create the label from the Orders tab. Sorry for the confusion!
