SSL Already Used

When trying to enable my SSL I got the message below:

"Business plan not found

As part of the Business plan, we provided you 1 free SSL certificate which was already used.

To re-enable SSL security, please purchase a new SSL certificate for $10."

I've never enabled my SSL certificate until trying this morning. How do I enable or pay the $10?

We just upgraded to a Business plan to enable SSL and got the following error. 

As part of the Business plan, we provided you 1 free SSL certificate which was already used.

To re-enable SSL security, please purchase a new SSL certificate for $10.
