Shipping error

For two weeks now I have been unable to ship from weebly due to an error, which has been identified as a bug by weebly, saying they have identified it and working on it with no eta. This is costing me time and money.

I am also having a problem shipping from Shippo. At first they said it was due to not having a valid payment method. This is not the case and my invoices have all been paid for using my valid payment method.

 Is anyone elsed having problems with this unidentified bug? Or having problems with one or both weebly and shippo?

And to make matters more ridiculous I can't even get USPS to load their shipping today. All other pages will load at usps but not shipping.

As an aside, shipping on Etsy is fine as is shipping on Amazon. I am about ready to move my store to Etsy if this doesn't get fixed ASAP. I mean I am patient but I've got to make a living and leaving me with no eta is forcing my hand to move.

Hi @voodoomama I'm really sorry to hear you are having issues with shipping! Do you mean the usps.com website is not working right now? Can you also provide an order in Weebly that you are unable to create a label for? 

I don't have access to your Shippo account, but if you could post a screenshot of one of the errors you see that'd be great! Thanks! Smiley Happy

I am unable to ship any order. I get "Bad request" on Weebly for any order once I hit purchase label. Shippo keeps saying I am unable to purchase labels due to needing a valid payment method. Not true, obviously also a bug since they charged my recent invoice on July 24th to that payment method. I have not been able to print shipping from them since that time. My payment method used with weebly and shippo are the same and valid. USPS finally got their shipping back up and I was able to purchase a label there today.

What did Shippo support say when you brought this up? I assume the reason you receive the Bad Request error is due to this billing hiccup. It looks like the last label you purchased in Weebly was on the 22nd? What date did you you receive the first Bad Error message?

shippo has not replied. Weebly apparently escalated this to the higher ups without an eta saying it was a bug in your system. Shippo has charged my account using my payment method. I'm not sure the exact date since I had the issue but it was on around that time you indicated.

If it is a "hiccup" it should be easily fixed.

I have a few test accounts and one time I set one up but there was a billing error. I sent an email to them (without them knowing I worked for Weebly) and they fixed the issue within a day. I don't know if this would even be the same issue, but I'll see if I can get someone to help. Smiley Happy 

Is the 24th your invoice date? I know Shippo bills every 7 days or every $100. I wonder if they invoiced you and processed the payment and then the error occurred so any orders after the error date would show "bad request" ? .... It's definitely something specific to your account because I can duplicate orders in my account with your from/to addresse info and purchase labels in my account. Smiley Sad

Shippo siad the payment method was invalid and I needed to update. I manually attempted the recharge and it said the same thing. However, the charge did go through.Then I got the same message, that my info needs to be updated. So, I tried updating the card info thinking that would do it. Logged in and out. Tried multiple browsers. Still, nothing.

I appreciate your assistance, but that is shippo...what about weebly? I actually do not like having to go to shippo for a service that is supposed to be included in my weebly account.

Once the error is resolved on Shippo's end you will be able to purchase labels again. At least that's my theory. It sounds like Shippo has some sort of hold on your account which is causing the error on Weebly's end. Once they release the hold, nothing will be preventing you from purchasing. Is your Shippo account under your same Weebly account email?

Guess what!! Shippo actually had just responded to your support ticket about 20 minutes ago. It sounds like everything should be working on their end now, and I'll stand by if you want to test an order in Weebly. @voodoomama

I too am unable to purchase shipping through my site for orders in my store. Keep getting error message "Unable to load orders. Make sure you have selected at least one order" even after I have clicked on the order. This is been an ongoing problem.Shippo says it is not on their end.

Hi @Highlandergal It looks like you are logged into a contributor site. You won't be able to purchase labels from this type of account and will need to be logged into the main account to create/purchase labels.

I'm having the same issue right now.  I am new to Weebly and Shippo.  Shippo is saying update paymrnt info but I have tried this several times and when I look at my Citi Card it's showing 4 auths for $1.00 each.  This is so frustrating.  I'm literally trying to give them money and they won't take it.  Ugh.
