Lost Entire online store content - pictures, descriptive, links headings, layout !

We have been building our online store for 4 weeks.  Pictures, pricing, measurements, shipping, items, details, seo's its been non stop working uploading and ensuring links all work, even paid for the $85 a month program for real time shipping details.

We finally finish our site friday, publish it to ensure payments are working, shipping is calculating, taxes are correct, end user experience is as it should be, agree we are ready to go live monday, so we password the site, until today when we are ready to go LIVE, and EVERYTHING WE HAVE DONE IS GONE!!!

The online store pages dont have any of the picutures, links, details of our business, i mean it is ALL GONE.  we spent 2 hours on the phone to square who then called weebly and we are being told there is NOTHING weebly can do.  They cant restore pages back to any date.  ITs not possible to refresh or restore anything and the attitude were getting is " thats really unfortnate".  this cant be the result surely after we have spent so much money with photographers, descriptive writers, and hours upon hours of building and detailing our site for our customers.  The 1000's$$  in lost revenue especially  in a time like this when we are all scrambling to perfect an online process for the customer and weebly says "we dont know why it happened, how it happened, and we cant restore a thing".  How is this possible in todays world of technology.  You dont have a page that is working perfectly on friday and by monday its all gone.

Sqaure is going out of their way to try and help us on their end, but WEEBLY we need you to help us figure this out, there has to be way to get back all our pages and all the work we have put in for last 320 hours?

Thanks for your post, @reddoor. It looks like your domain name is pointed somewhere else, so if you publish and try to visit your site you're going to see whatever website the domain is currently pointed to. If you update the DNS to point to our IP it should show your new online store. Please see our guide on pointing a domain name, and for reference the IP address you'll want to use is 199.34.228.164.
