Refund request

Hi Weebly team,

I would like to cancel the service and obtain refund. I registered your service with business plan yesterday. But my team found out that your service isn't what we want. 

In addition, I would like to ask that if I cancel the domain, can I recreate the domain with other server?

It looks like our support team was able to handle the refund for you, @seehow624. Since the domain was just registered we were able to cancel the registration. You should be able to register it somewhere else shortly.

I would also like to get refund for all the services I payed for to Weebly. This includes the payments for my domaine which was 90$, Weebly bussiness site which was 360$ and Weebly Performance site 193,13$. I purchased all of these Weebly services last week so I'm in the 30 days.

It's not a problem to cancel and refund these for you, @sab. One note though before I do this - it's past the point at which we can actually reverse the domain name registration, so if you were intending to register it somewhere else you won't be able to until the registration expires in 5 years. If you don't want it at all, I'll cancel and refund it as well.

Since you purchased via our mobile app, I can't actually directly refund the charge for you @Bryce-T. You should be able to get this directly from Apple, though:

I would like to cancel the service and obtain refund. I registered your service with connect plan. But I found that I have to purchase a domain separatelly and the cost plus domain purchase decreased my expectations for a simple site.
