When you are on the checkout pages are you using something like Chrome's web inspector to see that the analytics code is working?

I have not checked that specifically but it works with literally every other page and the google analytics code is plugged into the header code so that shouldn't be the issue. The way the code is plugged in If it works with one page, it should work with every page.
I also checked the Facebook Purchase pixel and the diagnostics said that it is running fine with no issues.
It's defintely something with the receipt page not showing up somehow.

So I believe I found the problem.
The receipt URL has changed it used to look like this through each step of the process,
www.yourwebsitehere.com/checkout
www.yourwebsitehere.com/payment
www.yourwebsitehere.com/reciept
Checkout and payment still look like that but the reciept page does not. I've attached a screen shot of the URL after I made a purchase.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like we made the change so that customers can have a permanent URL to track their order status on. It's strange to me that Google wouldn't recognize it as a receipt page, though. Our Advanced Support team is looking into this with our engineers, so hopefully they can figure out why that seems to be happening.

Thanks Adam.
It is strange but the Facebook pixel also now does not recognize it as a reciept page. Both codes fire on the page but neither of them pick it up as a reciept or purchase page.

I'm not super familiar with setting this up within Facebook and Google themselves, although it looks to me like they look for specific words within the receipt page URL to recognize it as a receipt page. Is there a way in Facebook or Google to tell it what the URL of a receipt page is? They'll be basically the same for everyone except for the query string at the end, which probably wouldn't matter since it's just tied to the specific order.

Weebly has a specific spot for the facebook puchase pixel to go, so I do not know what triggers that code specifically.
I do know its having a major impact on our advertising and sales because these ads can no longer find people that are making purchases and therefore, can no longer look for similar people.
Any updates would be greatly appreciated, this mistake is costing us a decent amount of money.

Ok, thanks for the info. Hopefully our engineers reach a conclusion soon, whether it's that we aren't serving the pixels on that page for some reason or if we are but we aren't adding something to correctly tell Facebook and Google that it's a receipt page.

I heard back from our engineers and they said you will "need to go into their admin dashboards on google/facebook and update the url maps to use the new confirmation url". Can you try that and let me know what changes you made and if it helps? I want to make sure that we can share this with anyone else who was tracking like you.

Honestly, I have no idea what that means.
Weebly has a specific spot for the facebook puchase code. That code is there.
I was told this was a bug that was being worked on. So I'm questioning whether you guys actually know the problem or not.
I know you guys don't work on third party code but everything from my end was done exactly how Weebly asks and was working prior to the update Weebly performed.
More insight would be helpful, thanks.

I did a test on one of my test sites adding some generic scripting that does nothing (e.g., <script> /* this is the cart page */ </script>, etc), just to see what happens during checkout.
On the cart and checkout page, both sets of code are added dynamically via iframes and would execute if I had added code that actually does something. On the receipt page, though, nothing was added. I've shared that with our engineers so they can look at that specifically, since I think they were looking at changes around the URL structure and not rendering of custom tracking code.

Adam,
First, let me say, thank you. I have had countless conversations with customer service over the past week. You are the only person that took me seriously and looked into the issue in any capacity. I believe your insight correctly identified the problem. So I appreciate that.
Secondly, it looks like tech has come up with a solution, however, the solution I don't believe is very good. It's a little difficult for me to tell but it looks like they now have 2 pages that you go to when checking out. The first being a receipt page and the second being a confirmation page. The problem (again, just an educated guess here) is that the receipt page automatically and instantly redirects to the confirmation page, not allowing the pixels to load properly and capture all of that data. Just an estimate based on comparing some things on our end but we're only getting about 50% of the reciept page data.
I did a checkout myself and Im fairly confident I saw a receipt page flash but it was so quick I couldnt be sure.
Thirdly, does Weebly not work with a alot of other ecommerce websites? I looked around and couldnt find anyone else freaking out about this, In my opinion, besides a "page visit" the "purchase" data is the most important data point we have because we can then look for similar people to become customers. Anyone that is running any sort of digital advertising should be freaking out. Or is this just something that is affecting my site only?
It's crazy to me that the ability to book mark a reciept page is more important than collecting this information.
Thanks for you work.

Thanks for the kind words, @Tim12 - I didn't see this until now. You may have already noticed this, but our engineers made additional changes which should have fixed how the pixels are being added to each step of the process. On my test site I was able to see the code I added for each page.
