Products not exporting to FB

I have tried at least a dozen times to connect (and disconnect, then reconnect) my account to Facebook in order to export products to my FB shop. Sometimes it just finishes the loading process in a few seconds and takes me back to the connection page, and sometimes it says I am not logged into the store. Either way, the products NEVER port over to Facebook. What is going wrong?

Hi @ShawnaTSS Can you please first try connecting from a different browser in private/incognito mode? It may also help to provide a screenshot of what you see after connecting the account.

Hi, I tried on a different browser (safari vs. Chrome) and then in private on safari and no success. Nothing really to screenshot - it shows that is it processing and when it finishes there is nothing in the shop.

When you click the "Manage Shop" button in Website > Facebook, does it take you to the shop manager for the Facebook page you are syncing to?

yes, it takes me to the page to add products manually, etc.

I'm not sure if the original poster resolved the issue or not, @chelsee. Have you also tried from multiple browsers?

I've tried multiple browsers, clearing history/cache, logging out and back in. I'm at a lose as to why it's not working.

If you haven't done so yet, can both of you contact our support team and let them know? It might help to get some screenshots of what you see and provide that to our support team as well.
