SOLVED: Taxes not being calculated

I'm testing online ordering and I noticed that taxes are not being added in transactions.

I have an item that is $3.75.

The subtotal shows up as $3.75

Tax shows as -  $0.23

Total shows as $3.75

Why is tax not being calculated?

EDIT: Never mind. I had checked the checkbox that includes tax in the item price.
