Product Images Not Showing

All of the photos on my website are working fine, except for the photos I upload for each product in my store. No matter what type of image or browser I use, it won't show the image. When editing my site, where the image is supposed to be, it is blank. When adding/editing products in the Products Library, it shows a question mark in a blue box where the images should be. I've published my site to see if the images would show up, and I've also emptied caches and things like that. Like I said, all of the other images on my site work fine, it's only the images I've added for specific produts. I'm not sure what to do at this point now! Super frustraing. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I'm sorry for the frustration, @haileecakes! I was able to upload a test image okay. It does look like your photo was uploaded but it is not showing. Do you happen to know the file size of your image?

I'm not sure about the exact image size, but I've tried high quality pictures and low quality pictures like screenshots, but I still get the same error. I can upload it and see it fine, but as soon as I click "Save", it turns into the question mark in the blue box.

I'm sorry, @haileecakes I escalated your issue to the team, but accidentally closed the ticket in the process. No one saw you request, but the issue is a bug and was reported to the devs the day after we first spoke. I have added your information to the bug so that you will be notified once the team has found a resolution.

Thanks for the update @Bernadette. Is there anything I can do from my end to help resolve this? Or an estimated timeframe of when this will be fixed? I really need to get my website up and running, and no one will want to purchase a product they can't see. If it isn't fixed soon I'll need to build a website elsewhere. Smiley Sad

I don't have a timeframe, but it is a high priority fix since it is affecting so many users. Let me see if I can find some more info for you.

I am having a similar issue. I upload a product image and info and it shows up on the list of products. BUT when I click on that particular product it takes be back to my home page, and does NOT let get to a point where I can edit it.

I uploaded 6 photos and no images are showing on the first page of my website. Only 6 blue boxes appear. My shop page images all uploaded just fine. Please advise. Thank you!

Thanks for posting, @HIP. When I check the items that are linked from each image, it doesn't look like those particular items have images. Did you upload the images within your Square Online Store dashboard or within your Square account?

Well I'm having the same issue now as well.  Was able to creat a few products with images that loaded fine.  Now anything I try to add to existing or new products wont load.  As soon as I save the "Item Details" the product images disappear and are replaced wtih Question Marks in Blue Squares.
